Shipping: Monday-Friday only.

Shipping may take anywhere from 5-7 days if located in the U.S.

Estimated number of business days it takes until you will receive your order after placing it on the website. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays. For certain extended delivery zip codes, the order may arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. During holiday periods and certain promotional events, customers can expect an additional 48 hours of processing time. UPS Saturday Delivery only available in eligible zip codes. Please check your eligibility at checkout.

What is your refund/ exchange policy?

We at Queen Prestige will do what we can to ensure you are satisfied with every purchase.

Due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. In due case that items arrive defective or damaged you must provide images via email (sales@queenprestige.com). Don't hesitate to contact us. You have a 7 day grace period upon delivery confirmation to notify us with your concerns. We are not responsible for shipping cost of the item when returned. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Coupons and discount codes cannot be refunded.

Do you ship International?

Yes! International orders are shipped priority mail (10-12 days) via USPS.

Are all of your products nickel and lead-free?

Yes, all of QUEEN Prestige products are nickel and lead-free

For lasting jewelry we suggest to avoid storing your earrings in a humid or damp environment, as this can lead to tarnish or corrosion, especially for earrings with metal components. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals.

With time most jewelry will go through normal ware and tare but these tips will help maintain it's shine and longer lasting results.
