Due to sanitary purposes, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
In due case that items arrive defective or damaged you must provide images via email (sales@queenprestige.com). Don't hesitate to contact us. You have a 7 day grace period upon delivery confirmation to notify us with your concerns. We are not responsible for shipping cost of the item when returned. For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. Coupons and discount codes cannot be refunded. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
